About that look...............

Someone has held up a sign saying "The Rolling Stones Rule !"

No one has read it to Ringo yet !

JLGB,

if you notice your thread got hijacked
when Doc chose to attack me.

See, he attacks actual members here personally, directly.
That's his gig - his forte - what he gets off on.

GG, on the other hand, attacks entities that are not here!

Beatles, Michael Jackson, hippies, politicians, etc.

I bash them on occassion - oh yeh, sure
but so what - they're fair game, and
actually they ain't here.

But Drjohncrapenter, who defends Jacko, and Yoko, and all other weirdos,
attacks FECC members directly.

Graceland Gardener
Genesim
Elvis' Babe
ColinB
EagleUSA
Carolynlm
Blue Gypsy
Keith F
Woodleyjohn

--- Doc has attacked them all (and others)
directly.

Big difference.

"thread-hijacking" and "confrontations" is something
he's guilty of more than anyone else on the MB.

GG -

Yeah, he does attack me sometimes.

But I ask for it !

I just love to prise him out of his comfortable 'everyone praise my genius' mode.

He's like a cat.... stroke his ego and he purrs..... upset him and the claws come out.

I just love seeing those claws !

yeh, claws come out over anything
he gets upset over.

He attacks if you didn't know the
crucial details of the 1973 RCA buyout

OH NO  I didn't know much about that
Please don't attack me Doc.

Noooooooooooo!

- but he will.

Not much to talk about 2 clippings anyway. I did find it cool the clipping of them going on the Sullivan show! After that as Elvis himself said in 68-- "there's been a big change..." " you like that hu?" Generally speaking I would definitely say YES.

I doubt Sharon Tate's family would agree with you.

Just because there's "a big change" doesn't necessarily mean
a change for the better

People have done stupid and terrible things in the name of some celebrity or well known person. The Beatle's message has always been love mostly to the point of almost being too sugary. They experimented with drugs and were surely not the only or first artists that did it. They just happened to be The Beatles! Anyway I enjoy their music without any type of artificial stimulation. Thats right! Even without caffeine!

Go to hell Doc.

The Beatles and the 60s generation they influenced
did encourage and endorse more drug use/abuse
and juvenile deliquency and drop-puts than
ever before in history.

Shove your waterbong up your ass, hippie lover.

There was more to the 60s
than those g*ddamn Beatles.

No disrespect to anybody but the above picture and knowing the fued between G.G. and the Doc has me rolling on the floor. I needed a good laugh.

Colin, one thing I will never contest is your marvelous sense of humour. And your recent apology after an untrue accusation -- something an adult does -- really impressed me. You're thoroughly all right.

Joe, there is no "feud."

He has a problem with my pointing out when he makes ignorant, racist, bitter, anti-gay and/or misogynistic comments.

Unfortunately, too many of his posts are exactly that. How he has not been banned from this MB after countless violations of the rules is beyond me.

Why Doc hasn't started his own MB is beyond me.

He's so bossy on this one - and it isn't his!

Doc resents that I exercise Free Speech.

He hates that I refuse to treat John Lennon and Bob Dylan
with absolute reverence and respect and hero-worship.

He has a knee-jerk (and emphasize "jerk") reaction against
anyone who doesn't worship who he worships in pop culture.

Plus I refuse to tell Doc he's special and important to massage his ego.
I won't do it. Never have. He's nobody.
But a legend in his own mind!

Thu Feb 09, 2006 6:50 am

GG - You well know that DJC likes to push your buttons and you fall for it
every time!! Sometimes your post just invite him to come on to respond
to you!! For instance, your first response was just to provoke doc. You
do this on purpose!!
You have a lot of knowledge about Elvis, as does
he. You two just don't get along!! Maybe you should ignore him (but will
you??? Nooooooooo!!!!) (Will he stop pushing your buttons? Nooooooooo!!!)
sue

If you like the early Beatles, these are the early Beatles!! At least, it
seems so to me!! So your post was just to provoke, wasn't it?? No, I do
NOT wish to get in the middle of this. It just seemed to me kind of obvious.

You are most correct.

Frankly, hate speech is not protected under the First Amendment, and has NO place on this or ANY messageboard.

As an educator, I am sure you are in full agreement.

Doc uses Hate Speech.

Alot.

He hates certain members here,
and his speech to them is hateful and bitter.

He's so discriminating,
and bigoted.

Thanks to Sue for clippings. :)
