Over 250 pages in full color and about 80-90%(pictures) the size of the album sleeves. Elvis has 2 albums included. the first album and the 68 special which is also great with the Elvis red lights in the real background. Book by Miles,Scott and Morgan 2005.

Does it include Don McLean's American Pie,
and Mike Oldfield's Tubular Bells?
Those are unforgettable covers.

Surprised now not to find that famous thumb in American Pie either. Shoot for more if you like and I'll let you know.

Stones' Sticky Fingers? I heard interesting trivia about that,
when the zipper was closed during making/shipping,
it caused a dented scratch on the record especially when
their stacked and stacked upon each other.
The label discovered this (after 1,000s had been shipped and sold)
and then the factory started leaving the zippers undone
to prevent the defect.
Huey Lewis & The News - Sports
(I wish VH1 would devote an Ultimate Albums
documentary on that one)
KISS - Rock and Roll Over or Destroyer
Def Leppard -On Thru The Night
Foreigner - 4
(I might as well get the book too!)

Sticky Fingers,Exile On Main Street, Flashpoint, Let It Bleed, and right now can't find the others. Its subjective of course but interesting nevertheless from AC/DC to ZZ top and everything in between.
Some album covers are so cool the music seems secondary!

What makes these books worthwhile for me is that the album sleeves are often taken straight from the original vinyl releases, and are therefore much sharper (and in some cases more faithful reproductions of the original artwork) than what can often be found in the respective CD versions of the same titles.

Good point, RR.
I saw this and it looks like a keeper. There seems to be quite a few similar books out there of late.
Maybe the "tiny artwork" of the CD era has bred this nostalgia.
Time was, people could just buy the album or the reissued one.
Now, there's a market for books with such covers in lieu of the real thing.
