Besides Kid Galahad, of course, I've ordered Criterion's Shoot the Piano Player and the old Fun With Dick and Jane -- a movie I've always enjoyed though the critics keep telling me it's not very good. I saw it on its original release and always found it charming. It's a kind of '70s movie that's really not made anymore, and I suspect Jim Carrey's "remake" will confirm my opinion.

The commentary alone makes this DVD worth every penny you spent. Have fun.

Thankyouverymuch.

Fox has rolled out a highly impressive effort here. One of the best b/w transfers I have seen to date. Commentary tracks are interesting, some are boring, but the commentary on this DVD is all around solid, even though it has been edited together.
