Imagine will include the film in anamorphic widescreen video with Dolby Digital 2.0 audio. Extras will include never-before-seen additional footage (of the Island House), a subtitle trivia track, BBC radio interviews with John and Yoko, an interview with William Ernest Pobjoy (headmaster at John's grammar school), the Tribute to John Lennon: The Man, the Music, the Memories featurette, a DVD-ROM guide to Lennon's music and Acoustic Imagine (a previously unreleased live performance recorded at the Apollo Theatre in New York City, Dec. 17, 1971). Warner says to look for this to street on December 6th.

Thanks 4 the update Tom...
some of the special features look identical to the 2003 Very Best of John Lennon DVD but all the same, it should be great.

"Imagine" was sort of a response to the vicious Goldman biography -- surprise! -- that had been published around the same time. It's a really nice look at one of the true musical geniuses of the 20th century, and a rock and roller to the core. The DVD should be a real treat.
