Casting calls for extras are now being held for the production of the NBC series
Surface. Some smaller parts will also be filled at these casting calls. The show is currently in production in Wilmington, NC. The next open casting event will be held Saturday, July 16 from 1 PM - 8 PM at:

Extras make about $60 for an 8-hour day, but that includes meals and snacks. However, as most shooting days go long, the extra ends up making $100 or so.
