Technical problems?

Is anyone else having technical probelms since the forum was brought back up? For some reason, when I click to reply to threads or sometimes when I just click on a thread, my Microsoft Picture It! program opens like it's trying to open the thread. I went to several other sites with forums and none have this problem. Is this weird or what??
