Never heard of the guy. Unless you are using a play on words for his last name.

Hi Jeff -
My post was intended to poke a little fun at all this anti - Robert Goulet stuff, but there actually was a Peter Lemonjello! He was kind of an Englebert Humperdinck type of crooner from around the mid-70's. He was even promoted with a TV commercial at that time, where he sings a bit of his single "Do I Love You." If memory serves, he looked kinda like Ronny Macdowal, but with longer hair.

If you can stump Jeff, the guy must be obscure. Isn't there also a writer or cartoonist by that name??

No disrespect to Elvis at all, but I kinda like the way Robert Goulet sings "I've got to be free" or whatever song that is. It is in the movie "Freddy Got Fingered" and really works.
Other that that, the guy can rot in hell.

I can remember when Robert Goulet was in GA to film an episode of "In The Heat Of The Night".

I can remember him appearing on a local tv station to sing a song in which I recall him saying "was going to be performed on the show", and that "the song had been written by the shows star Carroll O'Conner".

As for "liking him". Well, I enjoyed his performance in Naked Gun II 1/2 much better than his singing I'm sorry to say.
