HELP!

Can anybody tell me how to change my "Log In User Name" I have spelt Lightcloud wrong (Lightclowd) and I wanna change it. I have tried using the "Profile" button at the top of the page, but it don't change it. Can anybody Help! Thanks

Hi!
You should change it under Profile.
Don't forget to submit your change at the bottom of the Profile screen.

Tried it again, it won't have it.

Joe, unfortunately, I don't think you can.
You'll have start up a new user login but you'll
have to ask FECC to delete the existing one first.
