It's just an art piece from Mexico City's Francisco Cordero-Oceguera. It appears he took some candid home movie footage from August 1965 in Hawaii, during the making of "Paradise, Hawaiian Style," printed it in reverse-image and black and white, and degraded the quality. It's art.
