Here you can also post any related video's of Elvis too, except impersonator video's where they imitate Elvis' voice of material he recorded.

Fantastic footage!! Thank a lot!!
Anyone got an idea how to get a tape of the original broadcast???

Delboy that was WONDERFUL!!

Simon1, try phoning the T.V. Station itself. I've bought a copy of a show that was on T.V. before for £25!

I may try them myself.

I've put that in my Favourites Delboy :D

Hi

Thanks for that info little darlin'

I called but they must know the exact date of airing, which tv station etc.
I have no clue when or where it was broadcast. They charge $95 for a vhs and $120 for a dvd nowadays by the way.

Cheers
Simon

That's a shame!

I feel a bit of detective work coming on. We have the Reporters names, the TV Station they worked for and the date it was filmed.. so fingers crossed.

If I can get my hands on that footage, I would be willing to pay that for it, although it does seem a bit steep.

Extra cool!

I'd be pretty psyched if I was staying at the Holiday Inn in room 1330 to find out Elvis Presley had stayed there 30 years ago... :D

Thanks for posting Delboy....I guess there must be a lot of great footage like this here and there.....would make a nice DVD release, if someone hunted for it and put it all together in a nice way...that would be 8)

Awesome, thanks Delboy! Our guy looked very good, and happy.

re

cool !!
do you think they got more ?

Sat Oct 20, 2007 8:21 pm

Yeah the complete footage is longer. I'm not sure how long exactly though.10 minutes would be my best estimate. The person you should ask is Christian M. He's the expert there.

This is a wonderful post! And rightly deserves it's place in the All Elvis section. Any one know of a YouTube link, as the website that I use to download videos off the net, doesn't accept the vid19 link.

Sorry for the silly question, but I just have to ask: this footage has never been on any Elvis dvd?

This is really the first footage I have downloaded for many, many years. Thanks for this !

That's a little expensive if you ask me, if it's no longer than what has already been seen on the web

E-cat, I'm only able to PLAY this how did you DOWNLOAD it ? I've tried keepvid, & videodownloader...both no good, I've even installed greasemonkey to Firefox but it doesn't enable download of "myvideo19" flash player video.

I guess I'll answer my own question, as Keepvid & Videodownloader can't find the file, they are of no use for this file.

However, Internet Download Manager will download file to your harddrive, right click anywhere on the webpage and select Download FLV video with IDM.
