Help with How Great Thou Art cd

Hi all,
I hope someone can help me out on this one. I just got HGTA on cd and i am cataloging all my Elvis cd's but i can't find out what year this particular version was released. There are 14 songs on this cd not the 13 that are on the original cd & album,the extra song is Peace in the Valley.I have looked up a number of websites but they all only list the cd with 13 tracks. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. The catalog number is 3758-2-R and Barcode number in 07863-53758-2.
Is the Barcode also the Matrix number?

The first pressing of that release was in August of 1988.
