Well, I ain´t the doctor... but my guess is "Hound Dog" - since EP sang it from june ´56 - june ´77, at 99% of the shows...

I would go for Can´t Help Falling In Love, as he sang this song liver more than 1000 times. Hound Dog would be #2, as I think that he sung this song about 800/900 times between ´56 - ´77.

But it is a close tie
