Anytime you can see and hear Elvis over arena or proper theatre speakers is a good thing. It makes a welcome change from the ETA shows doesn't it?
This is a good quality show with mostly TTWII footage used. I'd have preferred if they just kept to TTWII and not used the 68 stuff as it didn't really flow that well. The band were great and sound was too.

Any word on how much the program or merchandise is?

To get the real "ELVIS IN CONCERT" feel i believe they need to split it into sections, have a 68 bit TTWIIS bit ALOHA bit, then newlly remastered 77 section to finish, dont keep jumping around from costume to costume/year to year ........., that way its more flowing, u feel like hes doing that actual section, then a break while he "changes" for the next section ....

Amazing really when one considers that there has been virtually no publicity given to the said concerts apart from the Elvis websites and Magazines.
Further, the similar footage from the previous tours of 'Elvis The Concert' and 'Elvis In Concert' are featured on this concert tour and many people have
already witnessed this many times over since 1999.

Brian

First let me say that the attendance average (venue seating) is not that great. Come on. 2.500/3000 average?
YET..giving the thought that this 'show'is on the road since 1999 and...like mentioned earlier:

The current media representatives as in tv or radio or even newspapers fail to give it some attention when any
normal artist who performs(outsells) a venue in their town is at least mentioned several times, and they are alive!
Elvis has been dead for over 35 years and still he packs houses and indoor stadiums with 10.000 or more people who
flock the stadiums (like O2 ArenA/Wembley indoor etc) to watch him on....a screen! So again a huge pat on the back
for all those Elvis fans worldwide who trough social media everytime step up to the occasion when a Elvis Tour is mentioned
somewhere and outsell the show.

I myself again skipped out on the last tour and of course this one, cause this whole show is more like previous once
with a big difference: This time they use the huge white cloth they used earlier to cover up the TCB band & screen and
i dislike seeing the man with other people(band) in his presence. Like he is standing in some galaxy with those see-trough
moments with him and the band.

A big + it seems, is the band itself! They give justice to Elvis his performance. Much more then the original TCB band lately.
It is more...refreshing and action sounded with lots of drumriffs in songs like "Walk a mile.."It spices up the song itself together
with the stage moves of Elvis. :smt004
