Presumably they have leftover stock they didn't get rid of. A bad decision doesn't mean they are not out to make a profit.

Viva Elvis doesn't qualify as Elvis' music... they can't price that trash low enough...

That album may not be the best or liked by some life long fans, but it's still an Elvis Presley album and always will be seen as one. I for one, thought it was poorly produced with the exception of a few tracks. I thought it was creative though at how they took bits and pieces from other songs to incorporate them into a single song, like Beatles Love was done.

I have heard that Jackson played only on Sweet Angeline but wasn't interested on playing on Three Corn Patches. Dunn definitely played on the July sessions.

Don't expect a better sound quality on the outtakes than on the FTD's (rather the opposite )...
If you're lucky, they'll sound the same.
