Wouldn't a Grammy nomination be for Ernst, the main producer of the set, not the deceased artist?
Also, wasn't Ernst the one nominated for his work on Young Man With The Big Beat, not the deceased artist?
I'm thinking "yes" in both cases.

I mean you wouldn't expect Charles Dickens to be getting some award for some brilliant new edition of Great Expectations. The award for something like this is for helping us to appreciate the work that was done so long ago. In the grander scheme of things, it validates that original work though because the effort has to be behind something. If the original work has no merit then why bother?
