My copy is a straight LD transfer and it is miles better than the VHS copy.

The site doesn't sell or buy anything it's just lke an ebay where people list what they want to sell, only that they're way more indulgent with bootlegs and other stuff ebay wouldn't allow to list.
I believe they have some sort of feedback too so you can check the people's reputation.
