If he's posting from a mobile device, I don't thonk there's anything they can do proactively. And I think some ISPs do that non-static address thing. I got a new printer, and I think I had to print it out a few times during setup, but I don't know. In any event, it would be hard for them, I think.

For instance, if I go to Florida this month, the addresses will change from plane to hotel . . . and then back home again. Plus mobile.

So they're in a pickle with this situation.
