Chicago is the only known instance where this intro was used. The available recordings from later in the year all have Elvis with his "Little sister don't you..." starting the song.

It is too bad. It really sounds amazing. It's been stated previously how "on" Elvis was on this particular tour. Great shows, lots of energy, displaying a great mood. It's too bad all of the shows on this tour, especially the 4 in New York and 3 in Chicago, weren't recorded on soundboard.

They may have been recorded.. who knows?
I don't expect anything to show up though.
Elvis in June 1972 was still on top of the game!

Has anyone here seen the amateur film from afternoon show of June 17 '72 on You Tube ? I just found some and put it up on The Best of Elvis on You Tube forum.
