FECC - PLEASE HELP TIGERMAN GB!

Hi guys,

My old mate Tigerman GB still can't get on the message board. He has contacted you several times but your advice to give his tv a cookie hasn't really worked.

It would be most appreciated if you could get him on the board asap, he's been very patient and isn't someone who you would ever ban from here.

Maybe if other users of this mb ask fecc on this post to sort it out we'll have Tigerman GB back soon!

"give his tv a cookie"?

Is he a "WebTV" person? If so, he should contact their tech support.

Does he use a computer? If so, he was able to sign on in April. Thus, there must be a problem with his computer or web browser.

Assuming the computer and internet provider are OK, have him download and install Internet Explorer 5+ or Netscape 7+.

Thanks Doc for being the only one to offer any help.

Tigerman has e-mailed fecc but they still don't seem to have done anything about it!
