"I've learned very early in life, without a song, the day would never end. Without a song, a man ain't got a friend. Without a song, the road would never bend, without a song. So I'll keep on singing the song."

Loved it! Thanks Marko for the link. Apart from being an outstanding guitar player, James is a good guy - his foundation is a very commendable thing to do

I saw Elvis live in concert the year before he died. Even then, he was bigger than life, and had amazing charisma. Haven't seen anything like it since, ....until Adam.........Nocturnal 2010

Hmmmm - That was a pretty big leap from the Louisiana Hayride in 1954 to Elvis in 1968!

Shame mention isn't made of his fantastic rockabilly career, playing with Dale Hawkins, Bob Luman, David Houston, Bobby Lee Trammell and Ricky Nelson in the 1950s...

If I am not mistaken he played for Brian Wilson on a country project he was producing on his friend Fred Vail in 1970. It never came out though.
