Great price despite the scuff marks. I am gald after all these years I've kept my cardboard sleeve CDs in the boxes they arrived in ensuring their "mintness". I know guys who've cut up their Fort Baxter papersleeves and inserted them into jewel cases LMFAO - they know who they are, and they regret it! :P

Wow, that's a mind blower there. Why would anyone want to cut the cardboard sleeves up? I just put the cds in a regular jewel case, playside always up, so they don't get scratched and then store my cardboard sleeves by theirself. YDKM, if you ever want to depart with the spare set let me know  Damn, I'm bummed out now, I e-mailed the seller of those sets and asked them what kind of condition everything was in. They said the boxes, cds and booklets are in good shape, no signs of wear or abuse, is what they said. I looked at the pictures really good and noticed what seemed to be scuff marks, but to be honest I thought maybe it was part of the cover art. They also said the cds don't show no sign of scratches or wear. Didn't one of these sets come with a poster as well?

That's cool, Matt!

I have found "Elvis Day By Day", "The Silver Box" and "Elvis Presley In Hollywood: Celluloid Sellout" on eBay recently, all of them in near perfect quality. A great place for sure...

Congratulations! Those are great sets! The Lake Tahoe May '76 poster is a nice bonus, featuring a cool July '75 picture of EP in action. I have it framed on my wall, looking at it right now.

what a great deal for a fantastic set ,good for you mate hope you enjoy them.

i can't think of any rca/bmg set that get people excited like some of the bootleg, import releases apart from maybe the 50s,60s,70s box sets.

i remember getting the hampton road cd that was another fantastic package.

A real bargain! I don't think I've seen the first volume alone sold for less than $200 elsewhere. Paying $130 for both vol 1 and vol 2 is a steal. Real nice.

Rumors on the Internet reported earlier this year (or late last year) that a vol 3 was just around the corner. Any updates on this anyone?

Volume 2 came with a poster, and volume one came with a very nice 28 pg booklet the same size as the box.

Lately I've been seeing the Baxter boxes for €50 / $61,72 on sale here ! Both for €100
S I've seen more titles of Bilko , Baxter, Madison etc for sale.
Heck maybe I start a business , you guys sent a request and I see what I come up with for a fair price hehehe
