Something odd about Alternate Aloha?

At the risk of this question having already been asked, I'll ask anyway.
After watching the "Alternate Aloha" performance for probably the 10th time, I finally noticed what appears to be a light patch on Elvis' right collarbone. At first I thought it may have been a reflection from his suit, jewelry or other source, but it appears to be a skin discoloration. Has anyone notice this? Could it be a make-up flaw or tanning issue? Is it a trick of the light? Thanks!
