I thought Sony now owned Elvis' catalog now after buying (merging with) BMG

Maybe the BMG sale to Vivendi doesn't include Elvis' catalog

Or maybe Sony just thought "To hell with this, we can't put up with this pressure from the fans moaning about re-releases!"
