Hi Carolyn!

Are you referring to the incident when Elvis takes over the piano from Tony Brown (when Brown don't seem to know the intro) sometime in 1976/77?

I can't recall which concert this is myself, so I would also be interesting in knowing this! :D

Yes, it was Tony Brown. Tony played the song the evening prior and Elvis took over the next evening. This was in 1977 as can be heard on Coming on Strong and Cajun Tornado or A Profile disc #4. Elvis actually plays this much better than Tony. (Glen D. Hardin left the TCB band after 1975, however both were astonishing pianists although very different in style. Tony could play refined and classic piano while Glen could rock a honky-tonk and was very good at improvising.)
