Wrong !

You can only select from UK 'No.1' albums !

That rules out your examples !

VOTE FOR THE GREATEST NO. 1 ALBUMS OF ALL TIME!

To celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Albums Chart in July 2006, The Official UK Charts Company is compiling THE definitive, official list of your favourite NO. 1 albums of all time: from 1956 to the present day.

We know just how hard it is to choose your favourite albums, so here we allow you to choose a MAXIMUM of 50 albums (in no particular order) or a MINIMUM of 1 (if you are the decisive type!)

6 Elvis Presley Rock 'N' Roll 10/11/1956
11 Elvis Presley Loving You (OST) 7/9/1957
16 Elvis Presley King Creole 20/9/1958
19 Elvis Presley Elvis Is Back 30/7/1960
21 Elvis Presley G.I. Blues (OST) 14/1/1961
26 Elvis Presley Blue Hawaii (OST) 6/1/1962
29 Elvis Presley Pot Luck 28/7/1962
70 Elvis Presley From Elvis In Memphis 30/8/1969
190 Elvis Presley Elvis Presley's 40 Greatest Hits 10/9/1977
681 Elvis Presley Elvis - 30 Number 1 Hits 5/10/2002

These are all the albums I found on the list, so I voted for all of them.
I suppose people can include other artists and there are some great albums on that list, but I want Elvis to keep the possible winning margin I provided.

UPDATE: list. Thanks to The Purple Gang at Rockhouse County Jail

The Shadows are OK, it's that lead singer they used occasionally who I object to.

Best albums of all time are ELVIS COUNTRY, MAGNETIC SOUTH (by Mike Nesmith), NILSSON SINGS NEWMAN (by Harry Nilsson), NEW MASTERS (by Cat Stevens) and THE GUILDED PALACE OF SIN (by Flying Burrito Brothers).

Then of course there's BUTTERFLY (the Hollies), BEE GEES FIRST, HEADQUARTERS (The Monkees), TTWII, G.P (Gram Parsons) and FINDERS KEEPERS (Cliff).

Oh and who could forget SATISFIED WITH YOU (Dave Clarke 5), AEIRIAL PANDEMONIUM BALLET (Nilsson), ELVIS AS RECORDED LIVE IN MADISON SQUARE GARDEN, SOMETHING ELSE (The Kinks), HELP (The Beatles) and IF I WERE A CARPENTER (Bobby Darin).

Oh sod it - I'm not voting!!!!
