Psychic Geller says Elvis told him not to worry about house
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - Uri Geller said he got a sign from Elvis Presley, and the message was loud and clear: “Don’t worry, you’ll have my house.”
The psychic, who had the winning bid of $905,100 for a house Presley lived in as his career was taking off, said he was traveling to London in the closing moments of the eBay auction Sunday when the radio began playing, “Love Me Tender.”
He told The Commercial Appeal newspaper that he knew then that it was a done deal.
Geller, who lives outside London, is buying the house with two partners: Peter Gleason, a New York lawyer and retired firefighter, and Lisbeth Silvandersson, a jewelry maker in England.
They plan to restore the four-bedroom, 3,000-square-foot home it to its 1956 splendor and bring sick children from Palestine, Israel and America to see it. He hopes for permission to make it a museum.
Geller said he met Presley in the 1970s and “freaked him out” with his spoon bending. Geller became a celebrity in the ’70s for his alleged power to bend spoons and other objects with his mind.

Good ol Uri has proven to be a sham time after time. In the late '70's he appeared here in Australia on the Don Lane Show. Don Lane is an American who has resided here for years and in his day was the Aussie equivalent to Johnny Carson. Anyway. not long after Uri's appearance, they re-showed Uri's tricks in slow motion. It appears that the camera was able to pick up a few things that at the time the audience couldn't.

Uri Geller said he got a sign from Elvis Presley, and the message was loud and clear: “Don’t worry, you’ll have my house.”
He forgot to add that Elvis then told him how this would be achieved, in a second message Presley revealed to Geller:
"Go to Ebay.com and bid more than anyone else and the house will be yours!"
I wish I was psychic, then I could have known that and won the house for myself...damn you Uri, and your amazing powers!!!

I can't stand Geller.
He's a cheat.
Just love that little video from the Johnny Carson show where they provided the props and made sure he couldn't tamper with them before the taping !
Strangely, all his special powers deserted him !
He was left cringing with embarrassment.
You can find it on that youtube site.

Re: Psychic Geller says Elvis told him not to worry about ho
I hope he has another $mil to pay for the rezoning, which he'll never get as the neighbors are already up in arms over the traffic problems the house is causing.elvissessions.com wrote:MEMPHIS, Tenn. That's funny, because I watched another psychic on Howie Mandel's Deal or no Deal, she came on as a contestant and she didn't fare too well either.ColinB wrote:I can't stand Geller.

Was it that fat woman who had all the fat kids and the little bitty husband?? She was so annoying because every time a large amount showed up she said she knew it was going to happen. Well, fat-ass we all knew it after the case was opened. Looks like the only thing her "psychic abilities" led her to was the closest all-you-can-eat-buffets.Joe Car wrote:That's funny, because I watched another psychic on Howie Mandel's Deal or no Deal, she came on as a contestant and she didn't fare too well either.
