And 30 years later I can't imagine anything better than that as a memory.

I envy the experience.

I shook hands with Charlie Hodge. Does that count?

I mean, afterall...he touched the scarves that touched the neck.

I meet him every day through his music!

The closest I came (aside from being at Graceland in 1976) was
meeting and shaking the hands of each of the Jordanaires back
in 1979. It was truly an honor meeting these guys who helped
Elvis create music history. A memory that will stay with me until
the day I die.

Ugh! hoped you washed it in bleach after!

I've shaken hands with Scotty Moore and DJ Fontana, I would have made love to them but my wife was watching!

I have met Charlie Hodge (twice), but I can tell you that no amount of beer in the world would have made me feel like making love to him (on either occation)

By the way, he assured me Elvis never took any drugs of any kind and died of bone cancer. You´ve never heard that one before, have you?

(Seriously, he was very nice and friendly)

Can't agree on Tupelo_Boy's original saying, but isn't the real saying that 4 pints makes the difference between praying to God and praying to the porcelain god? lol
