It featured Auralee, which underwent the lyric change to become Love Me Tender?

Yes !

Well done !

The old civil war song Aura Lee was used in the 1952 film Rancho Notorious.

Four years later, and with new lyrics [and title] by Ken Darby, it was used as the title theme for Elvis' first film: Love Me Tender.

Start a trivia quiz and have to take this abuse! What is this board coming to? I want to apologize for his comments, Colin. You deserve much better than that. I think we all should respect our elders. Shame on you, Eagle!
