No it is not bad at all. But What I remember is that sullen look on his face throughout the movie.

From that list, I picked Jailhouse Rock.

Love Me Tender and Harum Scarum on a list of Best movies? They sure wouldn't make it on my list of Top 10.

To answer another question, I thought Charro was okay. There were others that were far worse like The Trouble With Girls. I'm still upset that I can't get those 100 minutes back in my life.

However, am I the only one on this board who thinks Charro is not that bad of a film?

no you're not. that's my favorite Elvis movie

Charro isn't a bad movie at all....I like it and if my list had gone to 15 it would have been there. The Trouble with girls isnt' that bad either (it actually had a plot) but it is in the bottom of the barrel of with a few of the others. But y'know what....I'll still watch them all at one point or another...yes even the dreaded "Kissin' Cousin's"! :D

Here's the next dozen:

#13 Stay Away Joe
#14 Girl Happy
#15 Charro
#16 Live A Little, Love A Little
#17 Fun In Acapulco
#17 G.I. Blues
#18 Harum Scarum
#19 Girls, Girls, Girls
#20 It Happened At The World's Fair
#21 Clambake
#22 Spinout
#23 Speedway
#24 Double Trouble

My vote goes to King Creole....

I also DO ENJOY very much watching Harum Scarum (Believe me, I like it!), Girl Happy, Tickle Me and Double Trouble... It Happened At The World´s Fair is also very nice.

Is there no one who puts his hands in the air for "Flaming Star"?

I really don't care about most of his movies, but this one is one I've always liked.

Well, yeah, Flaming Star was a pretty good film.

But my vote had to go to Loving You [pity about the crap title].

Coming after the disappointing Love Me Tender, this film did capture some of the excitement of Elvis live act from the 50's, and in colour, too !

Remember, we never saw the tv shows over here.

For me, these are the BEST 5 Elvis pictures.

1. Flaming Star
2. Kid Galahad
3. Fun In Acapulco
4. Blue Hawaii
5. Tickle Me

The 10 best in my view are: King Creole; Flaming Star; Loving You; Jailhouse Rock; Follow That Dream; Viva Las Vegas; Roustabout; Kid Galahad; Wild In The Country; Change of Habit.
