Where can I buy Gerr Riff's new book "rock-n-roll years".
I live in the U.S< so I would prefer to buy in America if possible.

I don't know any US addresses, but also Dutch fanclubs It's Elvis Time and Elvis For Everyone are selling this great book.

Being a Dutch publisher Ger Rijffs books where published here in Holland. So the option is buy it here at a Dutch shop. One i can totally recommend as 100% reliable is Music service Elst (that's: http://www.musicservice.nl) . It won't surprise me that they are cheaper then Elvis Time. This mailorder company is also a specialist in 50's, 60's, country, bear-family, and official RCA/BMG (Elvis) dealer. NO, he's not for imports or bootlegs or anything against the law. But any hard to get official release, they can lay their hands on. And they ship it to every mailbox in the world. (Deze is voor jou michel, RB)
