I fear you are going to have problems with this site. To my mind it is worth paying a little each month to an ISP that will allow you far more data transfer a month than any of the free ones like Yahoo or Geocities. Otherwise no-one is ever going to be able to see the site! This is what happens (I guess!) when your site is just too popular! Good Luck!
