Regarding the widely held assumption that the Blackwell/Scott version of Roustabout will be released on Second to None.

I note that this song has not been registered with ASCAP or BMI in any shape or form.

Both ASCAP and BMI have search sites.

Did you search by title, author or both?

Note Blackwell / Scott were usually aligned with BMI.

Both title and author, And yes all of their work is on BMI.
