I just found the "Revelations" book on Ebay for $12.50 with 19 hours to go.

Is that the hardcover? It's a worthwhile book but take it with a grain of salt. Lacker and Fike really play up their respective roles and it has a nasty tone throughout. It seems like Fike and Lacker had some unresolved grudges that color their viewpoints.
