Anything about Elvis More than 30 Million visitors can't be wrong
37 Years ago today!

As an antidote to the Indy thread, 37 years ago today Elvis was mid-way through undoubtedly one of his finest hours! The taping of the '68 special. The sit down shows were 37 years ago yesterday and the stand up shows followed 37 years ago tomorrow. Today was spent doing playbacks and overdubs for the Guitar Man, Gospel and Bordello scenes, including a date with the very lovely Susan Henning. I think tonight could well see the special edition DVD getting some screen time. Rock on!!

I thought the bit on EbyTP's about Elvis' dallying with other females and Priscillas comments was done very well against a backdrop of some of the scenes with Elvis and Susan.
Susan was quite something wasn't she ?
Then I looked at Elvis, phuque me that bloke was an awsome advert for male stunning good looks.
Who the heck is ever gonna live up to that as a benchmark ?
37 years on and no one yet has.

That's quite an understatement there.

"Elvis World-Japan" has a terrific interview and photo gallery of the spectacular Ms. Henning, dated June 5 under "news."
