It was June 1955 when our hero met one of the most beautiful and sweet girls of his life and times.
June Juanico of Biloxi, Mississippi
Tho they weren't meant for matromony thanks to a busy career and a meddling colonel, they were for a short while, one of music history's most endearing love affairs. (With a Gladys Approval)
June was a muse so to speak for Elvis, a tender comapnion for summer excursions away from the stage and press, and she allegedly inspired the title of the 1956 extended play: Just For You which was a person-to-person message from Elvis to June.
Happy 50th of the Biloxi show where they first laid eyes on each other, and that passionate frontseat kiss where they first laid lips on each other.

I've just bought a copy of this ELVIS & JUNE DVD. It's quite nice actually.
