rare live songs

"Where no one stands alone" is one of them and not officially released yet, it is great and was released on MB & Other great performances.
Anybody knows of other such rarities ?

Of course, I do mean complete songs not just one liners.

If they do exist, these would make up a nice FTD CD !!

"You can have her" only performed once in may 1974 and only availlable as a bad audience recording.
Funny ,for a one time performance he knew the song pretty well, and so did the band, maybe it was rehearsed for fun....

I think it would be a good idea, instead of the endless stream of soundboards with almost the same track listing.
Since I'm not so fond of soundboards myself, I would rather have rare performances in full, be it songs he had recorded or songs he never recorded himself!
And it better be GOOD performances!

I'd love to hear the version of "Pieces Of My Life" from Asheville (iirc) in 1975 released on soundboard, if they have it :D

There is many songs Elvis performed only once or twice in concert, ones that spring to mind:
Folsom Prison Blues/I Walk The Line (14-8-70)
Oh Happy Day (14-8-70)
Sweet Inspiration (20-8-70)
Faded Love (13-5-73)
Trouble/Raised on Rock (6-8-73)
You Can Have Her (27-1-74) Fantastic record RCA has the soundboard
Bosom of Abraham/You Better Run (7-75)
You'll Never Walk Alone (7-75)
Suzy Q (20-7-75)
Shake a Hand (22-7-75)
Turn Around and Look At Me (23-7-75)
Pieces Of My Life (24-7-75)
Crying In The Chapel (19-8-75)
Wooden Heart (13-12-75)
Such a Night (30-12-76)

Plus loads loads more....

I believe "Raised On Rock" was only sung at the opening show on August 6, 1973 in Las Vegas, NA.

What about adding "Welcome To My World" and "I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry" to the list.

And "You're The Reason I'm Living" from March 22, 1975 MS

The fantastic Moody Blue

I wish BMG would get there act together, and get some of these records out, they have a lot of 'em.

We are getting Faded Love on the tahoe FTD. BMG need to get their act together? You have to be kidding. Try being a fan of any other artist. They don't get much. We get more than anyone gets. And BMG do not have all those performances. A bunch of those songs do not exist on soundboard. And they have already got crapped on for releasing an audience recording.

you never walk alone...
