Smokeymountainboy -

Hadn't heard about Scotty being ill.

Hope he is soon well again.

One of the nice guys in rock 'n' roll.

If this is true, it is totally unacceptable and not allowed. Get well, Scotty and get back out there and start pickin'.

Seeing Scotty play in Dublin is one of the most memorable experiences of my life. I never thought I'd get to see the legend play live..

If you are sick Scotty, get well soon!

According to the March 21st post on scottymoore.net:

"Scotty is doing well. He went for a check up last week and was told that he is doing fine, no need to come back for 90 days."

Hello,

I just picked up a copy of Scotty's book he did with James Dickerson. He must have just revised and updated it. He talks about going into the Rock HOF (very funny) and last years playing of That's All Right on July 5, 2004 among other things since the book first came out in 1997.

Daryl, I wouldn't be surprised if that was in the first edition in 1997.

Scotty was always way ahead of his time.
