There is a biker gang movie called C.C. Rider made in the early 1970s starring Ann-Margret and Joe Namath.

All i know is that "C C Rider" is an old blues song from the 30`s.
Many of the rock and roll songs from the 50`s was originally bluessongs.
Tiger man,Matchbox,Folsom prison blues.So all i can guess that it has something sexually overtones,was very common in the 30`s.

Hey Demon,
As a Son of the South I was told by older and wiser folks that years ago the term "C.C. Rider" referred to a circuit rider.....namely a traveling "preacher" who travelled around the Southland on horseback. Hope this helps.
