Amazing technology
It is!

This one is good example how good the software works... You will need some good hardware and a studio to mix it properly. I will post some good quality mixes asap

The 69 stuff needs a remix - mainly to make the drums, strings have more of a thwack - especially Back in Memphis

Very interesting! Can anything be done with Audience recordings such as 'Rockin' New Years'?
I tried this one. For example big boss man... I can extract Elvis' vocals, the piano and drums. But the bass guitar is recorded to low for extraction.
I have worked a few audience recorded songs, maybe just create a track using EQ for the bass.

When I was like 18 or 19, almost 22 years ago, I dreamed of mixing any kind of Elvis song. Or at least listening to the different channels and instruments and our hero.

These days things are getting crazy. I’ve seperates the stems with AI, loaded it in my Logic Pro studio setup and started playing with it.

I tried to select some different mixes and muted some channels now and then. Gives me a feeling like being at the desk in 1971 while Elvis and the band are recording.

Any requests? I might make another one with the audio directly from my board instead of filming it like this.

Impressive! This AI software trick probably only works on multi track sourced audio so I would like to throw Elvis in concert in the hat. Nice one to play around with..
No it doesn't :) I can extract from single channel sources etc. I'm trying out some soundboards at this time. It works better if the source is from a good quality one.
Hey, my friend, i think I've asked this before, but have you had a look at August 19 1974 Vegas Concert, a long time fan-favourite, but not the FTD rubbish, go to source would be Diamond Anniversary or Fort Baxter original.

Great work - sounds really interesting with the different mixes. Be great to hear Burning Love stripped down if you have the time
I'm not in my studio at this time but this is what I can do. I will post a stripped down mix asap.

P.s it's my dog drinking water on the background :D

The legendary 'dog drinking' mix :-) Sounds great so far - looking forward to the full version

That glimpse on "The Next Step is Love" with only Elvis, a bass guitar and drums sounds promising. Can you produce it as a whole track?

I am probably of the minority view these days, but I don't agree with touching Elvis 50's studio tracks. If it was me I would try it on live 50's (Little Rock concert) or 1961 Pearl Harbor concert.

mate , have you tried it on mono soundboard heavy reverbed concerts such as Richmond, March 18 1974. Elvis was in truly committed form that night but the original mix was a SHOCKER ! In other words, can it be de-reverbed, or close to ?

the reason why i asked was some Beatles fan was able to do just that on a song called "That Means a Lot" which i found and added over on "What are You Listening To" thread. McCartney's voice are clearer as a result. So it got me thinking, AI could probably acheive the same of similar Elvis reverbed productions.

I'm a big Beatles fan. And I'm aware of the de-reverb... But you will need a good audio source to get a good result. I tried some soundboards but it will be hard to do. First I need the best possible sound source. Mono or stereo. Then I try to create separate tracks per instrument/vocals etc. Some I need to adjust the EQ etc. Then I will load it in my studio software and make a remix. Then master it and export it.

the old "Guaranteed to Blow your Mind" would be the better source worth looking at, less reverbed on that product.

I just love the sound and feeling of this recording.

I wish I could sing like our guy… I would sing for my beautiful wife every day.

Wonderful.

Elvis and piano only sounds so beautiful!

I became an Elvis fan because of this song.

I wonder what you can do with Suspicious Minds (studio). Maybe bring the drums upfront?

Hey Matey, are you there ?

Hi from Australia :D

So have you had a look at the two or three soundboards i mention before with this AI Software?

.Vegas, Aug 19 1974
.Richmond, March 18, 1974 (Guaranteed to Blow Your Minds)

What was the results ?

Another show worthy of looking at would be.

.Las Vegas, March 22 1975 (where Elvis sings "You're the Reason" that night) :smt007
