Elvis Sessions III
The
Recorded Music Of Elvis Aron Presley 1953-1977 By Joseph A. Tunzi
On
August 24th
2004 J.A.T. Publishing will release over a 650-page book that is the ultimate
account of Elvis Presley's recording career, author Joseph A. Tunzi's long
awaited Elvis Sessions III.
Elvis
Presley's overall impact on society was profound in many areas, but the most
important aspect was the way he revolutionized music.
Elvis Sessions III is the only publication to properly gage the true
depth of his artistry. Years of tireless research have ensured a level of
accuracy that sets a new standard in reference literature.
With
newly discovered facts, and over 100 unreleased photos,
Elvis Sessions III is a requirement for any comprehensive study of 20th
century music and culture.
Chicago
(August 5th) - Elvis Sessions III is the third volume of Joseph Tunzi's acclaimed Elvis
Presley sessionography. As authoritative as the first two entries were,
neither prepares you for the sheer knowledge the third volume imparts. As well
as containing previously undocumented facts, every J.A.T. Publishing release is
acclaimed for their inclusion of beautiful, unreleased photography. Designed
beautifully, Elvis Sessions III will include over 100 stark black
and white illustrations. Looking at Elvis in photos from actual sessions and
concerts makes clear the passion he felt for music.
From
his first demo to his last tour
Elvis Sessions III explores the most important body of music ever
recorded.Covering every area of Elvis' recorded legacy. Bootlegs, rehearsals,
soundboard recordings, a complete discography, and many surprise chapters are
all included. Another thing that makes
Elvis Sessions III stand out from other reference material is the easy to
read format. Even a casual fan can learn the intricacies of how Elvis'
recordings were constructed and marketed. A particularly informative section
contains undocumented details about Presley's two concert documentaries That's
The Way It Is and Elvis On Tour. Joseph Tunzi's evenhanded approach
has received praise from both casual and diehard Elvis Presley fans. Since
J.A.T. Publishing only makes a limited number of all their products,
Elvis Sessions III is going to quickly become a sought after collectible.

COLD NIGHT IN NASHVILLE
The
First Release From J.A.T. Records!
August
24th,
2004 marks the launching date of a new independent label J.A.T. Records. Formed
by Joseph Tunzi, the label will release the CD Cold Night In Nashville, a
compilation that focuses on what was to be the future direction of Elvis Presley's
recording career.
J.A.T.
Publishing has included bonus CDs with four of their acclaimed publications. One
of the few labels that will attempt to replicate the warmth of vinyl, Cold Night
In Nashville has the natural ambience that made the Elvis era so special.
Cold
Night In Nashville has ten
terrific selections, five of which are the original demo's that are
the ones actually heard by Elvis. These tracks along with one of Elvis'
favorites “Rainy Night In Georgia” would have constituted part of a
remarkable album. Although Elvis does not sing the tunes, Cold Night In
Nashville shows off Presley's unparalleled ability to pick classic material.
Chicago (August 5th) - In January 1977 Elvis Presley flew to Nashville to finish his Moody Blue LP at Creative Workshop studios. Unforeseen circumstances made Elvis cancel these sessions, but he still intended to record the new material for future release. While he died before he could begin the new sessions, six songs had already been selected. Cold Night In Nashville gathers together these tracks for the first time.
Cold
Night In Nashville is
one of the rare collections that let’s you explore the music inside and out.
Two versions of “Rainy Night In Georgia” and “Energy” are included. Like
all of the other tracks, a version by the composer is featured, but for these
two tracks we also get the opportunity to hear a commercially released version.
Adding even more value to this feature is that in the case of Brook Benton’s
hit rendering of “Rainy Night In Georgia”, Cold
Night In Nashville
spotlights a rare alternate take. Also included are two bonus tracks which
feature the original demo’s for two of Elvis’ most contemporaneous rock
songs “Way Down” and “I’ve Got A Feelin’ In My Body”. Composed by
Layng Martine Jr. and Dennis Linde respectively, both were songwriters Elvis
held in the highest regard. With Dennis Linde’s “By Day, By Day” and Layng
Martine Jr.’s “Let Me On” included among Elvis’ selection of new songs,
it is fascinating to hear how his final masters differed from these
authors earlier submissions.
Even
if Elvis did not get to record his six selections personally, they reveal that
his growth as an artist was still thriving at the time of his untimely death.
Even if one ignores its historical signifigence, Cold Night In Nashville
stands up as a great collection of music. This various artists release features:
“By
Day, By Day” – Dennis Linde, “Rainy Night In Georgia” – Brook Benton,
“Energy” – Tommy Roe ,“That's What You Do To Me” – Bob Morrison,
“Way Down” - Layng Martine Jr., “Yes I Do” – Alan Rush, “Let Me
On” - Layng Martine Jr., “Energy” – Bob Morrison ,“Rainy Night In
Georgia” – Tony Joe White, “I've Got A Feelin' In My Body” – Dennis
Linde

BMG Strategic Marketing Group released the special CD single of "That's All Right" to commemorate the 50th anniversary of rock 'n' roll, which will officially be celebrated around the world on July 5th, with most of the activities emanating from Elvis Presley's hometown, Memphis, TN.
"That's All Right" also appears on two full length BMG CDs released this week to commemorate the anniversary - the critically acclaimed "ELVIS AT SUN," the definitive collection of Presley's work at this historic studio, recorded with the legendary producer Sam Phillips, as well as "Memphis Celebrates 50 Years Of Rock 'N' Roll" featuring a diverse array of musicians who were either born in Memphis, recorded in Memphis, or were deeply influenced by the city and its sound, including Presley, Johnny Cash, Aretha Franklin, B.B. King, Otis Redding and many others.
"BMG is truly proud of this milestone and the overall renewed musical legacy of one of the greatest artists of all time," said Joe
DiMuro, Executive Vice President, BMG Strategic Marketing Group. "No one but Elvis could claim a #1 single 50 years after it was
originally recorded, and this tremendous achievement speaks to the phenomenal love and popularity he continues to enjoy today."
The success of "That's All Right" is yet another milestone in Elvis's record-setting music career. He is the only artist to be inducted
into all three music Halls of Fame, including Rock 'N' Roll, Country and Gospel. He holds the record for most top 10 pop singles, the
most gold and platinum awards and is the world's best selling artist, eclipsing any other musician or group in history. His popularity
remains intact to this day as there are more active Elvis Presley fan clubs around the world than for any other artist - dead or alive.

Elvis Unlimited will release soon a new book and you can read the details hereunder.
Elvis is said to be the most photographed man in history. If not the most photographed, he is certainly one of the most photographed anyway. From every angle and corner, Elvis has been exposed, "recycled" and captured, almost from the day he first stepped in at Sun in Memphis, to record that little single for his beloved mother - or from the day he redefined popular music. Since then, every moment and movement of his life and career has almost been captured on film. The result an enormous collection of Elvis photos spread around the World. But what was missing in that huge collection - for a big deal - was some crucial information of what, whom and who was seen on the pictures. "Who is Elvis standing with on that pictures?" you have probably asked yourself a hundred times. That problem has now been solved.
Elvis' Magnetism For the many fans that actually met Elvis personally or saw him at concerts, it was a revelation seeing Elvis' powerful and prolific character. For the many Elvis fans who didn't caught a glimpse of the King - likely the biggest part - it is still a revelation seeing him on pictures and feeling the fascinating magnetism and mysterious charisma of Elvis. Some of those many thousands of photos spread around the World are well known to many Elvis' fans, thanks to the thousands of books written about the man. Some of the most famous - and perhaps most bizarre and controversial of the history of popular music - being the ones taken in the Oval office at the White House in December 1970. It's of course Elvis' meeting with former President Richard M. Nixon.
At the time being, it was a meeting of probably the country's (and the World's) two most prominent household names for every American citizen. To this day the pictures that captured the event, is still as fascinating, as they were back then. They're simply become household-pictures for every Elvis fan around.
Not Alone
But they're not alone. Elvis was also captured with other personalities like Nixon. He was photographed together with Frank Sinatra, Muhammed Ali, Glen Campbell, Bill Haley, Dean Martin and Sophia Loren among many, many others. All of which today is considered to be household pictures as well, in the enormous collection of Elvis snapshots taken during his life. But sometimes you've probably caught a glimpse of Elvis with someone else on a picture but you never knew who it was? If so, you have the chance to learn a lot more about these other - not to famous - personalities. Names like Tempest Storm, Imogene Coco, Dorothy Harmony, Gary Merrill and Hedda Hopper. You can read a lot more about them and many others, their meeting and connection to Elvis, in the detailed new book titled "Elvis And Other Celebrities - Candid Favourite Shots", released through Elvis Unlimited very soon.
First A-Z Book
The new book is not supposed to be a new photo book, with many rare and unpublished photos, even though some are really rare. Instead it's the first ever A-Z book, to sum up all the details of every personality Elvis met in his life, in a compact form with a picture of Elvis and the person written about. At least an attempt to do so. A book terribly missed for every Elvis fan around.

CBS is whipping up a big hunk of burnin' love for the King of Rock 'n Roll a new four-hour movie about Elvis Presley. The film, tentatively titled "Elvis," will be the first-ever TV movie to use the master recordings of some of Presley's biggest hits, according to Variety.
It's slated to air sometime next season, presumably during a sweeps period. The actor who will play Elvis has not yet been cast. But co-producer Howard Braunstein says the most important element for going forward with the film was getting Presley's estate involved.
"We thought that if you're going to do this right, you just can't do it without their cooperation," said Braunstein. "They're going to open their archives for us, and that means we really get first-hand information about his life rather than just some biography."
Past TV projects about Presley have used Elvis sound-alikes to record the King's songs, while individual songs have been licensed for some feature film soundtracks. "When our Elvis actor opens up his mouth, it'll be Elvis' voice that comes out," said co-producer Robert Greenblatt. The producers are also promising a "warts and all" version of Presley's story, despite the cooperation of the singer's estate. "The estate understands that you need to tell the true version of his story," says Braunstein. "And hopefully, with access to the archives, we can learn all sorts of new and provocative things.
"The estate is not afraid of doing the darker side [of Presley]," says Braunstein. "It just wants it done with class and integrity, like. ..[2001's] Judy Garland [made for-TV] movie."
Although there have been many Elvis TV movies and feature films in the past, Braunstein thinks there's still room for another King-themed project. The film's producers say that "Elvis" will not follow the singer's whole life, but will focus on just one part of it. However, they are not sure which part yet. Presley died in 1977 at the age of 42 from a heart attack.

Fine article in the new ICE Magazine,
in which Ernst discusses the new CD "Elvis At Sun." The article
proclaims the CD to be the "go-to disc for collectors and mainstream
consumers alike who simply want to hear the brilliant first phase of Elvis'
career."
Ernst is quoted as saying, "We've spent the better part of a year restoring
every single one of these. Every one of those 19 tracks will sound better than
you've ever heard them before. That's very hard to tell people, because we say
that on every release (laughing). But this time, it really is true...I've been
working with an English and a Swedish (expert), and we've gone through every one
of them, hand-corrected every mistake, readjusted the EQ's until we were
silly...all to get close to what the original Sun records sounded like."
He goes on: "In several cases, we've been able to get a tape that was one
generation earlier than what we had. Of the 19 cuts, we have new and improved
audio sources on 14 of them."
And: "Just 15 months ago we located a tape that had gone terribly wrong (gotten
lost). It has better generation masters of seven of the tracks, including 'That's
All Right,' 'Good Rockin' Tonight,' 'I'm left...,' and 'Baby, Let's Play House.
We restored the end of 'I'm Left...,' which has gone bad for so many years; we
got the full-length fade out of 'Mystery Train' on there; and we got both 'I
Love You Because' and 'Harbor Lights' without the reverb that RCA always added
to them, because we were able to get hold of the real tapes."
"Technology has certainly improved in five years (since 'Sunrise'), but
it's really the time spent...we've had to take this outside normal
recording-studio scenarios, because we never could have paid the bill for the
restoration we've done. It's been done by three people with too much equipment
for sensible people to own, so...no studio costs. At a going rate of $250 an
hour, this would have been a million-dollar project; we've been working on it
for a year."
"I played it for (an RCA executive) who's ultra-critical, and even he said
it's like night and day when played against the versions of everything we've
ever put out before."
New liner notes were penned by Knox Phillips (Sam's son)....

NEW YORK -- At 11 a.m. today, in a midtown Manhattan music studio, a handful of record industry veterans will huddle around a reel of tape they say is an original master from the historic 1954 recording debut of Elvis Presley. Then, after a brief introduction, the tape will be chopped to pieces.
Thousands of pieces, if
all goes as planned. The owner of this tape intends to dice it into two-inch
bits, which will then be mounted on framed plaques and sold to fans for $495
apiece. It's being billed as a chance for Elvis lovers to own a sliver of one of
the most famous moments in pop history -- the songs recorded in Memphis's Sun
Studio by Presley under the eye of producer Sam Phillips. The Sun sessions are
widely considered the birth of rock.
"Exactly how many
we make is function of how many pieces of tape will withstand cutting,"
says Michael Esposito, president of Master Tape Collection, based in Bloomfield,
N.J. "The song 'That's Alright, Mama' runs 2:20, and the tape runs at 15
inches per second, so that piece of tape alone could allow us to produce 800 to
900 plaques."
Spluttering fans, take
note: Esposito says he has made top-quality digital copies of the music on the
tape. And he claims that the reel is deteriorating so quickly, it will be
unplayable in a matter of years. But the project has, nonetheless, earned him a
legion of new enemies. Message boards on Presley fan sites have been filled with
slashing posts by collectors who consider Master Tape's cut-and-mount concept an
outrage.
"Next they'll be
selling little bits of the Mona Lisa," huffed someone identified as Greg on
the elvis-collectors.com message board, "or maybe a slice of the U.S.
Constitution or the dead sea scrolls."
"If this is real,
I'm pretty sure that God made a commandment against doing this kind of thing!!"
fumed "elvis fan" on the same page.
If
this is real. The leading authority on Elvis's recording career has serious
doubts. Actually, that's putting it charitably. Ernst Jorgensen, the author of
"Elvis Day by Day" and the man who oversees the CD repackaging of
Presley's back catalogue for RCA, the King's label, heard the tape when Esposito
tried to sell it to RCA a few years ago. He passed, convinced that he was
listening to a copy of a master tape that RCA already owns.
There are also
questions raised by the physical appearance of the tape and the box it came in,
Jorgensen says. The tape that he saw has telltale markings of assorted edits,
suggesting it's a patchwork of tapes strung together, he says. As damning
evidence, Esposito's tape contains songs spanning the entire 16-month period of
the Sun sessions. All the other masters feature just a few days' or weeks' worth
of material, Jorgensen and other Presley experts maintain. Jorgensen believes
that what Esposito has comes from what he called a "safety copy" of
songs from "Golden Celebration," a 1984 reissue. "It's also in
poor taste," Jorgensen added. "Inherent in everything Elvis is greed.
It will haunt him forever."
Esposito
is convinced, however, that what he has is the genuine article, and he offered a
10-page "forensic report" that he says settles nearly every question
of the tape's provenance. Though the story includes what it calls "a
mystery," it won over Elvis Presley's estate, which sold Master Tape a
license allowing the company to use Presley's image to market its plaques.
"We're not making
any judgments about [the tape]," said Todd Morgan, a spokesman for the
estate, Elvis Presley Enterprises. But he later added: "All we can go by is
the research they presented, and it's convincing."
Also in Esposito's
corner is the man he hired to authenticate the tape, Tony Bongiovi, a producer
with 50 gold and platinum albums to his credit. On Friday, Bongiovi sat in Nola
Studios, where today's news conference is scheduled, and offered a listen. On
the tape, a take of "When It Rains, It Really Pours" breaks down and
you can hear Presley, guitarist Scotty Moore and Phillips trying to figure out
what went wrong.
"What happened?"
Presley asks.
Phillips offers more
directions, then Elvis chimes in again, addressing either Moore or bass player
Bill Black:
"Hey, you know
when you first hit bah-dah-dah . . . ya old boom, boom, boom, you just hold that
till you get the change." And a moment later: "All right, let's hit
it."
Bongiovi stops the tape
before the band tries "When It Rains" again. A small man with a
booming voice, he's overjoyed about eavesdropping on rock's prince as he fumbles
toward his throne.
"Here's Sam
Phillips talking to Elvis Presley. Elvis Presley!" he shouts.
Bongiovi says he spent
20 hours authenticating the tape, aided by sound engineer and owner of Nola, Jim
Czak. What Bongiovi found compelling was evidence that he was listening to
"unprocessed sound."
An element of the
unknown shrouds any account of the Sun session masters, which yielded a batch of
world-changing tracks, including "Good Rockin' Tonight" and "Mystery
Train." Presley was an 18-year-old truck driver when he began the
recordings in July 1954, and a year later he had enough momentum to catch the
attention of RCA, which paid $35,000 to Phillips to buy out Elvis's contract.
That sale included all
of Phillips's master tapes. He delivered 15, and RCA turned them into cash right
away. Before the label released its own string of hits with Presley, starting
with "Heartbreak Hotel," it rereleased his Sun material, which, with
the added heft of a national publicity campaign, rose higher than they had the
first time around.
According to Jorgensen,
RCA then stashed the masters in a warehouse in Indianapolis, near the company's
manufacturing plant. About nine of those tapes were destroyed in 1959 when
someone in upper management decided to save money on storage costs by tossing
out thousands of reels. They had copies, after all. Who cared?
"I talked to some
of the men who were at the plant back then," Jorgensen says. "I wanted
to cry when they told me about it. I couldn't bring myself to ask how they
destroyed them."
Esposito doesn't claim
to have one of the nine reels that were presumed to be destroyed. Instead, he
believes he owns a tape that Phillips didn't hand over to RCA, and which somehow
wound up in a warehouse along with a huge cache -- between 400 and 500 tapes --
that includes the work of other Sun stars, including Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee
Lewis and Carl Perkins. Nobody knows how that trove got to the warehouse, he
says, but it was uncovered in 1992 when it was purchased by a couple at auction
-- sold off because the owner of the storage bin hadn't paid the rent. Esposito
won't say how much he spent for the tapes, which he purchased through a
middleman, but calls it "a substantial sum of money."
The Master Tape
forensic report states that Esposito called Phillips in July 2002 and told him
what the tape looked like. The color ("chocolate brown") and the brand
(Scotch) matched Phillips's memory of it, the report says. But Phillips never
heard or saw the tape because of his hectic travel schedule, the report says,
and last year he died.
Real or not, the tape
will test the legendary ardor of Presley fans. Esposito didn't take pre-orders,
so he has no sense of demand.
But Elvis isn't the
first 20th-century legend who has been shredded for dollars.

Catalog Audit Results in 15 New Certifications
WASHINGTON, January 8, 2004 - With a large crowd of fans gathering to celebrate
Elvis Presley’s birthday, RCA Records and BMG Strategic Marketing Group, both
part of BMG, with the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) announced
at a ceremony on the grounds of Graceland Mansion this morning that Elvis
Presley now stands as the best selling solo artist in U.S. history.
"Elvis Presley, quite simply, is an American icon," said RIAA Chairman
and CEO Mitch Bainwol. “As such an important musical, historical and cultural
figure, we’re thrilled to be able to make this announcement. We will continue
to work closely with BMG to make sure that there will be more exciting news
about the Elvis Presley catalog in the near future," concluded Bainwol.
“It is incredibly gratifying to have the certifications to back up what many
have long held as an article of faith, that Elvis is the best selling solo
artist in U.S. history,” said Joe DiMuro, Executive Vice President, BMG
Strategic Marketing Group. “I’d like to thank the RIAA and our team who
worked tirelessly to complete this audit and help secure Elvis’ historic
achievement.”
In August 2002, it was announced that the Presley catalog finally passed the
previously elusive 100 million sales mark. And now during this recent audit, 15
titles were either being certified for the first time or upgraded from
previously audited sales levels, his overall album sales total climbed to 117.5
million.
In all, seven new Gold records were added to his overall tally including
“Almost In Love,” “C’mon Everybody,” “Double Dynamite,” “Elvis
Sings Hits From His Movies, Vol. 1,” “Frankie & Johnny,” “I Got
Lucky” and his 1956 release “Love Me Tender.” Four of these titles (“Almost
In Love,” “Double Dynamite,” “Elvis Sings Hits From His Movies, Vol.
1” and “Frankie & Johnny”) were also certified Platinum for sales in
excess of one million copies. There were four additional Platinum awards for
“Flaming Star,” “From Nashville To Memphis,” “Let’s Be Friends,”
and “Separate Ways.”
Additionally, four new multi-Platinum certifications included “Burning Love
and Hits From His Movies, Vol. 2” (two million), “The Top Ten Hits” (four
million), “You’ll Never Walk Alone” (three million) and "Elvis'
Christmas Album" which remains the best selling title in the Elvis Presley
catalog with certified sales of more than nine million copies.
Also, contributing to his overall sales total was the recently released “2nd
TO NONE,” a collection of Elvis Presley singles that follows up 2002’s
“ELV1S: 30 #1 HITS,” which was certified both Gold and Platinum in November
2003 for sales of more than one million copies.
In all, Elvis Presley has received 97 Gold Records, 55 of which have been
certified Platinum, and 25 have gone on to multi-Platinum status. His highest
certified album is "Elvis' Christmas Album" which has been certified
for the sale of more than seven million copies.
He has also received more Gold and Platinum singles than any artist in history
with 51 Gold singles, 27 of which have been certified Platinum with seven being
certified multi-Platinum.
Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman audit all certification requests for the RIAA’s
Gold and Platinum award program.

Elvis Presley is the all-time singles king in Britain, nearly a half-century after he first crashed into the pop chart here, according to a new list published Monday. Presley has appeared on 1,193 of the weekly charts since 1952, when British Hit Singles, a book published by Guinness World Records, began keeping records.
At No. 2 is Cliff Richard with 1,152 weeks in the charts, followed by The
Shadows at 771 weeks. The singles chart in Britain has varied in length over the
years. When Presley appeared for the first time in 1956 with "Heartbreak
Hotel," the British chart listed 30 records. In 1978, the year after
Presley died, the chart stabilized at its present length of the top 75
singles. The rest of the top 10 are: Elton John, Madonna, Diana Ross, Michael
Jackson, Rod Stewart, the Beatles and David Bowie.

all specially presented in newly re-edited and re-mastered form. In the case of
the 1968 special, so much footage was shot from which to assemble the original
TV show that the previously unreleased component of the ’68 TV special DVD
will be particularly significant.
Television Special
The 50th Anniversary year will crescendo with an as yet untitled, new Elvis
network special in development for airing in the fourth quarter. EPE is the
owner and executive producer of this project, which will be produced by the
acclaimed David Saltz. A more detailed announcement on this project will be
forthcoming.

The interview with Joey Kent ( owner of the Louisiana Hayride archives ) is now available for our readers. This is definitely a very interesting reading as you will certainly learn a few things there. Joey Kent and Frank Page are planning a second Hayride book that will focus on Elvis' last live performance at the Hayride on December 15, 1956. This is also very interesting to learn that they are hoping to include a CD containing the full concert from that night's performance.
Songs performed at the last Hayride performance were : "Heartbreak Hotel", "Long Tall Sally", "I Was The One", "Love Me Tender", "Don't Be Cruel", "Love Me", "I Got A Woman", "When My Blue Moon Turns To Gold Again", "Paralyzed", and "Hound Dog".
Don't miss it and go directly from here at the interview with Joey Kent.

The Belgian fanclub Elvis Matters announces the release of a
new book, titled "Memories - Sweetened thru the ages just like wine",
subtitled "On the road with Elvis & John Wilkinson". "Memories"
holds over a hundred rare illustrations and takes you back to the days when
Elvis filled showroom after showroom. The 160 page book brings back to life the
many memories of Elvis Presley's friend and rhythm guitarist John Wilkinson.
Author of the English book is Peter Verbruggen, who also wrote "Elvis -
King of Belgium".
For the release of this book, Elvismatters joined forces with the Danish fanclub
"Elvis Unlimited". The book is all but an encyclopedia. Instead, it's
a bundle of memories, as John Wilkinson remembers his years with Elvis. It's
illustrated with unique documents, news paper clippings and reviews.
First presentation of the book is on Saturday, January 10th 2004 during the
Belgian Birthday Party in Sint-Niklaas (near Antwerp). Guest of honor is, of
course, John Wilkinson himself. The second presentation of the book - in
presence of John - takes place on Saturday January 17th in Denmark, and on the
18th in Sweden.

This is the accurate statement from Joe Tunzi concerning the book '' Sessions III ''. This statement was mentioned on our forum but there were a few words replaced by incorrect ones.
"Elvis Sessions 3 will be out early next year. The information has finally reached the cut off stage and I think everyone will appreciate the reason for the extra time it took to get this project done. There are more than a few surprises, all of which have been supported. I understand the frustration of the many fans who want this book, but once it's out, it's out forever and I have only one chance to make that happen. And I want it to be my best chance. Common sense tells me people understand this. Thanks for your patience.!
