Opening Night - August 18th 1975. It has been Elvis' shortest stand in Vegas, only five shows were performed before everything was cancelled due to illness. A fan has filmed some parts of this performance with sound and this footage has circulated since the late seventies. Elvis seemed in a very good form although he has put some extra weight since the May-June 1975 tour. On that show he sung one of the best ever version of " My Boy ", a very powerful " How Great Thou Art " and was really moving a lot on " Polk Salad Annie ".

Elvis foolin' around while singing " Love Me ". The fans were giving him all sorts of gift and on certain occasions he used some of them on stage.
