Las Vegas, NV. February 1972. Here's a rare shot of the " Black Pyramid " jumpsuit, this one was brand new in February 1972 and rarely worn after this Vegas season. Elvis had also a white counterpart known as the " White Pyramid ", that latter being well known since it was featured on the " Elvis As Recorded At The Madison Square Garden " album released in June 1972.

Before Elvis opened in Vegas on January 26th 1972, Bill Belew had him modeled several new jumpsuits. On this picture we see Elvis using the " International Gold Belt " but there was a belt designed for this " Black Pyramid " jumpsuit as you can see on the photograph below.
